Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (4 years of additional experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree).
Excellent understanding of business processes with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Hands-on experience supporting HCM, Payroll, and Financial systems.
Development & Configuration
Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and SOAP/REST APIs.
Configure and maintain business processes, calculated fields, validation rules, and condition logic.
Build and support custom Workday reports.
Diagnose and resolve application and integration issues.
Integration Management
Develop and manage integrations between Workday and external systems including HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance.
Monitor scheduled integrations and troubleshoot data errors or failures.
Produce and maintain integration documentation including design and data flow diagrams.
Improve existing integrations for performance, accuracy, and reliability.
Reporting & Analytics
Create and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to meet operational and compliance requirements.
Partner with business users to translate reporting needs into effective Workday solutions.
Automate the scheduling and distribution of reports.
User Support & Collaboration
Provide technical support to internal agency users.
Maintain system documentation such as configuration details, workflows, and technical guides.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment with business operations.
Participate in change management and configuration control activities.
Gather and document business requirements for enhancements and break/fix requests.
