This is a hybrid role with 3 days/week onsite in Washington, DC anticipated and 2 days/week working from home.
Position Summary:
The IT Project Manager will lead and coordinate complex data pipeline development and management initiatives within a federal agency environment. This role is responsible for managing scope, schedules, and deliverables to ensure project success in alignment with IRS Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) objectives.

The IT Project Manager will lead and coordinate complex data pipeline development and management initiatives within a federal agency environment. This role is responsible for managing scope, schedules, and deliverables to ensure project success in alignment with IRS Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage at least three (3) data pipeline projects similar in size and scope within federal agencies.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison between project stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with OneSDLC, Section 508, and IRS-specific protocols.
- Demonstrated experience managing data pipeline development and management projects.
- Strong understanding of federal IT project requirements.
- PMP or Agile certification (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
