- Managing content using collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
- Producing content for Windows and iOS digital communication channels such as websites, digital displays, video, print media, social media, and mobile applications using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint Online, and Office 365.
- Excellent understanding of content management principles, practices, and experience applying them.
- Excellent understanding of business communications principles, practices, and experience applying them.
- In-depth experience training others in content management principles and practices, business communications principles and practices, and the use of communication tools.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional proofreading and editing skills.
