This position is well-suited for candidates with backgrounds in systems engineering, technical operations, cyber operations, SIGINT, network analysis, technical support, or similar mission-focused technical environments. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, an aptitude for learning complex systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for operational tools, systems, and user issues
- Coordinate with engineering and development teams to investigate and resolve technical problems
- Support system integration, operational workflows, and day-to-day technical activities
- Assist users with system functionality, account-related issues, and operational questions
- Monitor system health and identify potential issues impacting operations or users
- Participate in technical discussions regarding system requirements, interfaces, and operational capabilities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting guidance
- Track and manage technical issues through ticketing and collaboration platforms such as Jira and Confluence
- Support cross-functional coordination efforts between operational, engineering, and stakeholder teams
- Contribute to process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user support
- Experience supporting technical operations, systems engineering, cyber operations, SIGINT, network operations, or similar technical environments
- Experience troubleshooting system, application, network, or user-related technical issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users and stakeholders
- Experience collaborating across operational, engineering, or support teams to resolve technical issues
- Familiarity with ticketing and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced operational or mission-focused environments
- Experience developing or maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, or troubleshooting procedures
- Experience supporting government, DoD, or Intelligence Community programs
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, or data flow troubleshooting
- Experience with cyber security operations, network analysis, SIGINT, or mission operations environments
- Exposure to systems integration, operational testing, or technical coordination activities
- Experience supporting customer outreach, technical operations support, or help desk/service desk functions
- Familiarity with operational monitoring, system health tracking, or incident escalation processes
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering or development teams
